Our condo association is greatly pleased with the service and care that Pelican Management gives us. The owners listen to us, and their maintenance staff is excellent! Our manager, Justin, could not be a better manager. He is always on top of any issues that we have even those we did not know existed, and I never have to remind him. Justin also has an excellent attitude, and if we ever need him, he is there for us! I also have been very pleased with the work Rick, their CFO, is doing. He works with us on our reports and carefully watches over our finances. He gives us complete confidence that our funds are handled properly. Hats off to Pelican! I highly recommend associations using them as their management company!
Sahara Wyatt has been a Godsend. My mother passed away owning a condo managed by Pelican. While most people I came in contact with while changing ownership into the Estate and revising billing information, were helpful, although a few never returned voice mails specifically placed to them. Sahara went above and beyond to straighten out a few missteps made by Pelican and make sure my needs were met. I have interacted with Ms. Wyatt in person, through email and over the phone. At all times she was pleasant, professional and assertive to rectify any and all outstanding issues. Subsequently, my sales package was sent to the wrong email address and she tracked down the issue and solved it, just in time for my sales closing. I needed someone to help and she went beyond the norm to do so, multiple times. She needs to be appreciated. She is a strong positive for clients/homeowners who need answers and solutions from Pelican Management.
We went to the Pelican office the day after buying a condo in a property that they manage. We went to the office in-person so we could meet with management staff and get to know the folks we would be dealing with as new owners in the building. Unfortunately it was the day before Thanksgiving and our specific building manager was not on site. Instead, we talked to Sahara Wyatt at the front desk. She help us do necessary forms on the computer, emailed a receipt to our settlement manager, and answered our questions. We are very grateful for the kindness, and attention, and help - good job Pelican.
I called Pelican regarding an issue I had with a requested repair on my house. I spoke with Amanda who was not only kind, but so helpful, and clarified what I needed to do. She immediately alleviated what to me was a stressful situation. I appreciated the personal attention she gave to me, and how quickly she responded to my emails. I only have positive things to say about this property management company.
It took entirely too long to get an approval for new windows and siding. This was an investment property, so timing was extremely important to get the approval so we can complete the work that needed to be done. It took several weeks to get a response for our proposal. I also sent a few messages for updates on the approval as we were looking to get the work done quickly, and I had no response to my messages.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism displayed by Pelican management representative April Restua. April is attentive, quick to respond to all correspondence, and understands the needs of an individual homeowner as well as helps her/him solve the problem. She has been fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!
I've only been a resident for a little over a year but in that time Pelican Property Management has proven to be proactive and responsive. Amanda Jones in particular has been quite helpful.
I have had an excellent experience working with Brendan at Pelican Property Management for my condo unit. He has been extremely responsive and on top of everything regarding the community. Really appreciate all that he and the group at Pelican are doing and would recommend them to any other properties in need of property management!
